Nude in a White Dress
Inspired by an 1856 portrait by Oscar Rejlander, Herbert Ascherman created a white dress designed to fit and flow beautifully on collaborators of any size. The fabric was carefully chosen to drape casually, evoking a sense of relaxation that captivates the viewer. Curated from an extensive body of work, this collection, titled “Nude in a White Dress,” effortlessly brings viewers to a state of serenity with its elegance and profound sense of calmness. Ascherman’s portraits combine his collaborator’s vulnerability with an artist’s eye for respect, appreciation and love.
